We would like to thank everyone across North Herts and Stevenage who voted for the Green Party in the Hertfordshire County Council elections that took place recently. We were pleased to give everyone in North Herts and Stevenage the chance to vote Green this year, so an additional thank you to all our candidates.

  • September 6, 2025: North Herts Greens Cafe drop-in: September in Hitchin

    Venue: Wakelin And Son, Coopers Yard, Hitchin, SG5 1AR - at least some of us will be wearing green party badges or displaying a Green sign!

  • September 13, 2025: Stevenage Greens Saturday Social - September

    An informal catch up of the Green Party in Stevenage.

    We'd love it if you drop by anytime between 10:00a.m. and 12:00noon. Come and chat about how you can support Stevenage Green Party to prepare for our next big campaign effort.

    Open to all members, supporters, friends and passer-by's.

  • September 16, 2025: Stevenage Campaign Group: September

    A less formal meeting of Green Party members and supporters in Stevenage to discuss and organise our campaign plans (North Herts members and supporters have their own separate campaign group).

    Look for the Green Drinks sign on our table!

    Adjacent to the brewery is a public car park (free after 18:00) and we are 5 mins walk from Letchworth train station.

  • September 26, 2025: Live fundraiser with Simon Smith

    Join us on Friday September 26th for a live fundraiser and performance by Simon Smith at Revolution Records!

    This fundraiser event is open to all. Donations on a pay-what-you-can basis are taken at the door and will support the work of the North Herts & Stevenage Green Party.

    Revolution Records is located in Stevenage Old Town, 1-3 Middle Row. Doors open at 5:30pm with the performance starting at 6pm.

    Simon Smith is a Hertfordshire based singer song writer. He is known for writing strong lyrics, melodies and inspirational songs. The music is rooted in experiences, events, places and reflects the people he meets and both historical and contemporary themes. Some songs are overtly political while some are eco songs finding inspiration in nature and the outdoors. His many appearances have strong links to the community, grassroots music, local business, charities and arts projects.


  • October 7, 2025: NH&S GP committee meeting: October

    This is our formal monthly business meeting, for members only, covering both North Herts and Stevenage. The meeting will be held online and members will receive an invitation by email. For any queries, please email info@northherts.greenparty.org.uk
