The members of North Herts & Stevenage Green Party are saddened to learn of the passing of Cllr Paul Clark, North Herts Council member for Hitchin Highbury and Leader of the local Liberal Democrat Group, from Covid on Tuesday night (7 December) at the age of 65.
Councillor Clark had been working for Hitchin and its people for the last 30 years. In the last two years he was the Deputy Leader of North Herts Council and in May 2021 he was also elected to the Herts County Council for Hitchin South.
Paul was known to many NH&SGP members who will miss working with him in improving the lives of local residents and the community. He will be missed by many people and our thoughts are with his family and friends at this sad time.
