Herts County Council is holding a consultation on the new Local Cycling and Walking Infrastructure Plan (LCWIP) in partnership with North Herts Council until 7th November.
The LCWIP sets out ideas for creating safer pavements, footpaths, pedestrian crossings and cycle routes.
