We are shocked and saddened by the news of Councillor Judi Billing's passing. As district councillor for Hitchin Bearton and county councillor for Hitchin North she was a well respected, helpful and involved member of our local community. We respected Judi's vast experience and passion, and are grateful for her help in implementing some great initiatives in Hitchin and beyond.
Our co-chair Anni remembers: "Judi was the first councillor I met in Hitchin and I still remember being taken in by her direct and humorous character. I applaud the work she did as a councillor, but I know she will be very dearly missed by all that knew her."
