Friday 14th June, from 7 for 7:30pm to finish around 9pm, at the Friends Meeting House, 21 Cutty’s Lane, Stevenage, SG1 1UP. This is the Public Transport Question Time event, organised by the Bus Users Group Stevenage (BUGS). They can be contacted via phone: 01462 689409 or email: info@govolherts.org.uk .
Mon 17th June 7.30 to 9.00 pm in St Mary’s Church, Hitchin – organised by Churches Together in Hitchin – the event will be chaired by the Rev Chris Bunce, Rector of St Mary’s. All the candidates are being invited. They will be asked to speak briefly on what they stand for, then there will be time for questions. If you have a question, please submit it in writing to Hitchin Parish Office, Church House, Churchyard, SG5 1HP or by email to hitchinparishoffice@gmail.com by noon on Thursday 13th June. A group of church representatives will then select which questions to ask in order to have as wide a range as possible. The meeting is open to all and there is no need to book.
